Royal Enfield Motorcycle Insurance
Royal Enfield’s origin is as a needle manufacturer in Redditch, who then ventured into manufacturing bicycles and precision parts which they then supplied to an arms factory in Enfield, Middlesex. In 1894, the trademark ‘Made Like a Gun’ is introduced, with the first Royal Enfield motorcycle designed by Bob Walker Smith and Jules Gobiet being produced in 1901. Over the years the iconic Royal Enfield brand has continued, despite the Redditch factory (not far from our current office!) closing in 1967.
